Equisetum varieties also known as the horsetail plants are evergreen non flowering plants and are similar to bamboo. When planted in the garden or at entrances, it can be an excellent exotic looking variety that can be added, looking almost like mini bamboos. There are about 25 species of the same family and can liven up your home. It can be a little invasive and hard to get rid of, because it doesn’t grow through seeds but through spores.
