The big & bright green velvet patterned leaves with bold white stripes are the reason behind the name – “Zebra plant”. Behind its other name - “Prayer plant”, there is an unusual but interesting phenomenon to note - the leaves tend to rise at night and bow down during the day. Zebra plant demands some attention in terms of watering and humidity level, but it surely be a great addition to your houseplant collection. Also, if your work involves screen and need something to look at, in-between your working hours, to soothe your eyes, then this is plant will definitely help reduce some strain!

Repotting instructions: You might have to repot this plant once or twice a year depending on its growth. Make sure that the pot is larger than the previous one.

 • You will need to water this plant daily as it loves moisture. But at the same time make sure that there is no kind of waterlogging. • Keep this plant at a location of indirect light. Direct sunlight might damage the leaves. • You can sprinkle water on its leaves once in a week to remove dirt & dust. • If you are planning to keep this plant indoor then make sure that you are providing the right kind of lighting and a good level of humidity.
