🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

 

We are happy to offer shipping both within India and internationally. Your orders are important to us, and we take great care to ensure timely and secure delivery, whether local or overseas.

🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order placement.

 

  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders containing live plants may require additional time to ensure proper packaging and health certification (especially for international orders).

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

🇮🇳  Domestic Shipping (within India)

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 10–12 working days in remote locations or during peak periods.

🌐  International Shipping

Standard Delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch (varies by country).

  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 25 business days, depending on customs clearance, destination country regulations, and courier delays.

Please note: International delivery of live plants is subject to customs laws and import regulations of the destination country. Some countries may restrict the entry of certain plant species.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Flat rate of ₹69 per order.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination country.

📦 Courier Partners

We ship using reliable logistics providers such as India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, and other registered courier companies for both domestic and international deliveries.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment via the courier’s official website or tracking portal.
